Just Jerky Treats was born out of concern. In 2012, reports of dogs becoming seriously ill and dying from imported chicken jerky treats sent shockwaves through the pet owner community. Like many dog owners, we were alarmed. Unlike most, we decided to do something about it.
From our home in Cookeville, Tennessee, we started making all natural chicken jerky treats we could trust completely — because we knew exactly what went into them. No chemicals. No additives. No mystery ingredients from overseas. Just simple, wholesome ingredients made right here in the United States.
Fourteen years later we're still at it.
We're a family owned and operated business and proud of it. Every batch of treats that leaves our facility is made with the same care and attention we brought to that very first batch in 2012. We know our ingredients, we know our process, and we stand behind every product we sell.
