We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately.

Non-returnable items:
Opened food products cannot be returned for safety reasons. However if your dog did not enjoy the treats or you are unsatisfied for any reason please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
